Welcome to
Walter Alexander & Sons Limited
This section will take a while to build up. It will continuously be added to as, and when, I get the information needed.
As the vehicle types had numerous body/chassis variations in the early days, this section will be based on 'rolling years'. I am starting at 1932 and will go on to 1933, then 1934 and so on. I hope you all find it easy enough to follow. By the 1961 section, it should be an easy transfer to the Fife, Midland and Northern pages.
As you probably know, the livery for Walter Alexander was an attractive azure blue and cream. The same livery remained with the Midland company at the 1961 split.
