A bit of a surprise in 1951 when Alexander received, and bodied, 20 AEC regent III chassis. The seating layout is at present unknown.

The following 2 vehicles were acquired in March 1950 with the takeover of James Sutherland of Peterhead. They were initially numbered RO692/3 in the Alexander fleet for a short time in 1950.
